These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the site implies your acceptance of the revised terms. Paid users may request a pro rata refund of any unexpired subscription if changes are unacceptable, provided they email us within 72 hours of the update.

3. Intellectual Property

All content (text, charts, images, video, etc.) belongs to MyAstroReport or its content partners. You may:

• Print individual pages for personal use
• Email links/articles to up to 5 individuals

You may not:

8. Paid Services & Refunds

a. Astrology Reports (Digital)

• Custom astrology reports are non-refundable.
• If an error is found, we will provide a corrected report at no extra charge.
• If a report is not delivered within the promised time (2–14 days depending on report type), a full refund will be issued.

b. Physical Products (Idols)

• Items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or incorrect.
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
• We may replace the product or offer a store credit at our discretion.

c. Duplicate Payments

• Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7 working days.

d. Subscription Services

• Subscriptions can be cancelled any time.
• A pro rata refund will be offered for unused periods if cancellation occurs due to term changes or within any specified refund window.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or availability of these external services.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mysuru, Karnataka.
